Standard Free Shipping on all orders in the United States. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is ready it could take 5 days to be delivered.

You can check the order status in the e mail you receive with your purchase or send us a message through our contact page. Always check your spam/junk folder in case you didn’t receive any e mail from us.
Orders are process every day. In case your purchase is made after 6 PM (EE. UU. GMT-4), we will process your order the next business day. Please consider all our dates are estimated. We ship to the buyer’s address as entered when the order was placed at checkout page. Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed.
In case of rejected package or returned due to wrong shipping address, we will request the customer to pay for re-shipping cost. Since Shipping is FREE in the United States, customers will not have any right for refunds/exchanges and we don’t take responsibility for any shipping delay, lost/stolen packages.
We do ship internationally. International Shipments may sometimes take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks for standard delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once a package has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the arrival of the package. It now becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchased item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Items purchased on promotions of sales.
Items received in giveaways.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
We are able to cancel or make changes to your order up to 14 hours from the initial purchase was made. Once the order is shipped, we will not able to make any change or cancellation.

Depending where you live, we will assign you an address to send your return.
Once we get your return and checked, we will send you an e mail notifying you if the product is approved. In that case a refund will be process to the original credit card payment in the following days. Please consider that it might take 7-14 business days to process the transaction.
Items purchased on promotions of sales or Items received in giveaways are not eligible for refunds/returns.
