How MxM preorders work
Preorder items are not in stock and are not ready to ship. The current estimated shipping window shown on our preorder product listings is 2–3 months after the order date. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and production timelines may change.
Payment
Full payment is collected at checkout for preorder products.
Production and design details
Some product imagery represents proposed designs rather than finished production samples. Please contact us before purchasing if you need confirmed information on materials, measurements, finishes, or production status.
Delays and cancellation
If the estimated shipping window changes, we will contact affected customers with an update and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as stated on applicable product pages.
